Naloxone Administration Notification test

Notification statement

• London Ambulance Service attended this patient following a suspected opioid overdose requiring naloxone administration.
• Their drug service is being informed in accordance with the patients Universal Care Plan (UCP) to facilitate appropriate follow-up and ongoing care in the community after acute medical treatment.
• This notification will allow the drug service to identify the patient and access LCR for further details and onward intervention.
• This notification is no way a substitute for acute medical care following the overdose.
